Support recruiters with resume review, candidate screening, and job posting coordination.
Manage end-to-end interview scheduling (phone/video/onsite), including confirmations, changes, and logistics.
Communicate with candidates throughout the process to ensure a timely, positive candidate experience.
Partner with hiring managers and interview teams to align schedules, share interview plans, and keep the process moving.
Maintain accurate ATS records and prepare basic recruiting status updates/metrics.
Support recruiting events and ensure confidentiality and compliance with policies and employment laws.

Requirements
1+ years of experience in HR Coordinator role, onboarding support, recruiting operations, customer support within HR
1 year of human resources experience within the healthcare or insurance industry (Preferred)
Experience processing unemployment claims
Intermediate to Advance experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook and Excel)
HRIS experience within Workday, ADP, or similar platform
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Ability to communicate positively, professionally and effectively with others.
Effective written and oral communication skills; ability to establish and maintain a constructive relationship with diverse members, management, employees and vendors.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks; advanced problem-solving; ability to use advanced reasoning to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and design, implement and manage appropriate resolution.
Effective problem solving, organizational and time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
