Creating support materials – Write and refine Help Centre articles in our brand’s clear, friendly, and helpful tone of voice, ensuring recruiters and candidates feel supported and empowered at every step of their journey.
Engaging with teams – Communicate daily with internal teams and external collaborators, such as our outsourcing provider, to stay aligned and move issues forward.
Contribute to MakiPeople’s future in the AI era – Work on building and deploying AI-driven customer support agents.
Requirements
Strong passion for AI and HR tech

Excellent writing skills
Proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Excel

Native speaker of either French or English, plus C1 proficiency in the other language
