Responsible for identifying, qualifying and processing of new Schaeffler ILS potential leads & opportunities
To design technical & financial models/proposition that best meet the customers' needs
Proactively support & follow-up customers to identify/hunt for opportunities and converting it into sales
Responsible for maintaining customers activities as well as updating the reporting including Salesforce
Evaluate market requirements & competitive situation, recommend and optimise Schaeffler ILS portfolio based on customers' feedback
Responsible for quotation preparation & negotiation with close collaboration with Sales Management to close sales
Work closely with other functional teams (technical engineers, application engineers, customers service etc), and lead the development of value-add solutions to customers
Supporting cross border/region/global collaboration for ILS pursues, development projects
Initiate and/or support Schaeffler ILS promotional activities/events, actively promote Schaeffler ILS product portfolio offline and online, develop success/win cases, share Schaeffler's solution via webinars, podcast, roadshows, training etc; actively sharing of challenges/success with SEA team & customers.
Support bearing business to increase market share
Expected to regular travel (minimum 50% in a month) within the region as per the business growth strategy.
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronic
Min. 5 years experiences in Sales (Engineering/ Manufacturing Industry)
Experiences & knowledge in Online monitoring technology & projects
Knowledge and experiences on Industrial machineries application, and basic knowledge in electrical direct drives
Strong interest in sales, project management, customer-oriented mindset with proven sales record
Computer literacy is a must
Previous exposure into new digitalization concept (Industry 4.0)
Good communication in English

Proactive, dynamic “hunter” sales drive with “can-do”, persistent attitude
Able to maintain positive attitude and energy while interfacing with wide array of individuals and balancing multiple tasks.
Has good business perspective, and able to balance between technical & financial business models.
Minimum 3 years experience in key industries Cement, Paper, Palm Oil
