Role Overview
Establish and maintain a trusted relationship with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for Grupo Hiper Saúde.
Monitor client performance and identify growth opportunities, offering customized solutions.
Ensure clients receive the support needed to overcome challenges and achieve their business goals.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote adoption of strategic processes and tools.
Anticipate and resolve issues, ensuring a positive experience and protecting Grupo Hiper Saúde’s reputation.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business or related fields;
Experience in brand licensing business development and/or SaaS;
Sales and negotiation skills;
Communicative, organized profile with ease in relating to different profiles and areas.
