Role Overview
- Customer-specific project management, including planning, execution and coordination
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through professional advice in close collaboration with the product, engineering and sales teams
- Supporting our customers via video calls, phone and email
- Helping to shape and develop the Customer Success Management (CSM) area
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable field; based in the Rhine-Ruhr region
- Passion for communication and customer-focused solutions
- Enjoy getting things done — independent, flexible and proactive
- Business-fluent German, both spoken and written
