Role Overview
- serves as a day-to-day SME for operational and Medicare activities
- assistance with the lifecycle of plans starting with ideation, to bid filing, to implementation and final readiness
- support of all regulatory and operational facets, in partnership with the national segment and/or local Market
- ensure timely and compliant rollout of all plans and benefits
- ensure a seamless member experience
Requirements
- 5+ year's experience working with Medicare, Medicare Advantage
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skill
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types
- Proficiency with Microsoft business software and in navigating multiple systems
- Strong analytical skills
- Intermediate Excel
- Comfortability with creating PowerPoint presentations
