About this role
Role Overview
- Respond to basic and complex telephone/email/chat/fax inquiries from internal and external customers.
- Act as an intermediary between the customer and the insurance company.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns by applying expertise and knowledge.
- Provide continuous training and support to employees in the department.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
- 8-10 months Quality Assurance experience (Preferred)
