Role Overview
- Plan and execute email campaigns and marketing automation
- Manage lead nurturing and segmentation throughout the funnel
- Monitor and optimize performance and conversion metrics
- Analyze the funnel and identify growth opportunities (CRO)
- Develop and optimize landing pages and forms
- Create dashboards and analyses to support decision-making
- Support lead generation strategies in collaboration with the sales team
- Define and track marketing and sales KPIs
- Propose data-driven action plans
- Monitor trends and propose continuous improvements
Requirements
- Experience in Digital Marketing and Inbound Marketing
- Proficiency with marketing automation and lead-nurturing tools
- Proficiency with email marketing tools and campaign management
- Knowledge of CRM and sales funnel (Pipedrive, Reev, or similar)
- Strong data analysis skills and experience with performance metrics
- Experience with paid traffic and landing pages
- Bachelor's degree
- Must reside in Uberlândia, MG (Brazil)
