About this role
Role Overview
- Increase connections between breeders/shelters and pet parents
- Scale buyers and increase app traffic through SEA, SEO, social media Google Ads, Meta Ads, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Instagram/TikTok
- Optimise our E2E funnel to increase revenues (conversions, CTR, CAC, CLTV)
- Automate and optimise AI companions to support you day-to-day
- Support customer support and partner updates
Requirements
- Fluent in German (C2) & English
- AI proficient with tools related to marketing
- At least 2 years hands-on experience running and optimising campaigns (performance, content, or lifecycle), ideally in a startup or for your own projects.
