Act as the technical interface between Global Engineering, Product Management, and Sales
Own selected technical focus areas and serve as the global contact person
Support local sales teams with technical proposals and complex customer negotiations
Share knowledge through training, guidance, and clear technical communication
Develop and continuously improve global standards, tools, and processes
Engage with key customers to understand and manage technical expectations
Collect and consolidate technical market feedback to support product development

Degree in Engineering (ideally electrical engineering, communication engineering, or power systems)
Strong combination of technical understanding and commercial mindset
Experience in engineering or technical sales—or strong motivation to grow in this direction
Excellent communication and presentation skills in an international environment
Proactive, solution‑oriented working style with a collaborative mindset
Ability to balance structured processes with practical flexibility
Fluent in English; German or Spanish and willingness to travel occasionally (<5%) are a plus.
