Lead end‑to‑end discovery and requirements definition for complex AI and automation initiatives.
Partner with business stakeholders, product management, engineering, and architecture to translate business needs into well‑defined, implementation‑ready requirements and artifacts.
Own creation and maintenance of high‑quality functional documentation, including user journeys, process flows, and automation/AI runbooks.
Prepare complete, decision‑ready materials to support architecture and governance reviews.
Provide senior‑level analysis support across Digital Assistant workstreams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
Generally, a minimum of 6 years of related experience that includes experience in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and/or maintaining applications required or configuring and using application software in a business setting.
Provides requirements guidance to program manager, project manager and/or project teams.
Participates in all phases of the requirements life cycle and requirements teams for small to moderately complex programs and projects.
Strong business knowledge and ability to identify and define business needs including a high level of understanding of organization's business and technology operations.
May serve as Scrum Master on an agile team.
May serve as an agile development team member, creating and testing the product increment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and analyze data to drive decision-making.
