Requirements
Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or a related discipline preferred.
5+ years of progressive recruitment experience in a high‑volume corporate environment; agency experience is an asset.
Ability to manage 20+ active requisitions across multiple geographic regions while maintaining excellent customer service to candidates and stakeholders.
Strong business acumen; recruitment experience within construction or a similar industry preferred.
Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships and act as a strategic, solution‑oriented advisor.
Strong ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels through data‑driven insight, market knowledge, and professional judgment.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
