Role Overview
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly payrolls
- Respond to enquiries from clients, providers or colleagues regarding payrolls
- Check monthly payroll reports from Payroll Providers
- Regularly report back to the EMEA Payroll Supervisor
- Recommend departmental specific procedures and implement approved ones
- Delivery of QA compliance and process
Requirements
- Excellent time management and administration skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, email and internet
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
