About this role
Role Overview
Manage complex calendars with full ownership of scheduling and prioritization
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
Prepare and process expense reports
Support day-to-day administrative needs for senior executives
Facilitate communication, including in-person interactions and messaging
Take notes and assist with documentation using internal tools and CRM systems
Help streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
Requirements
Prior experience supporting executives or working in an administrative capacity (venture capital or related industry exposure is a plus)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Tech-savvy with adaptability to new tools and systems (experience with calendar/email platforms and note-taking tools preferred)
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in the role
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
