Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration within the fertility industry
Identify new growth opportunities, territories, and partnership models
Forecast sales performance and provide strategic insights to leadership
Establish and nurture relationships with fertility clinics, reproductive endocrinologists, OB/GYNs, embryologists, and other healthcare professionals
Drive referrals and long-term partnerships through value-based engagement
Serve as a primary point of contact for key accounts and strategic partners
Educate partners on products, services, and treatment protocols through presentations, in-clinic training, webinars, and marketing materials
Translate clinical and technical information into clear value propositions
Ensure partners are equipped to effectively promote and utilize offerings
Own the full sales lifecycle: lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and close
Maintain accurate CRM documentation to track pipeline activity and forecast performance
Analyze metrics to optimize conversion rates and improve sales effectiveness
Stay current on industry trends, competitive dynamics, regulatory changes, and evolving fertility treatment protocols
Provide feedback to internal stakeholders to inform product development and marketing strategies
Identify opportunities for differentiation and expansion
Partner closely with marketing, medical affairs, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Contribute to promotional campaigns, educational materials, and strategic initiatives
Escalate and help resolve partner concerns proactively
Represent the company at fertility conferences, trade shows, and industry events
Build brand visibility and generate high-quality leads through networking and thought leadership
Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Operate in compliance with all company policies and applicable healthcare regulations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the fertility or healthcare industry
Strong understanding of fertility treatments, procedures, and patient pathways
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and ability to work independently
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel as needed
Prior experience working in the field of assisted reproductive technology, including knowledge of in vitro fertilization (IVF), intrauterine insemination (IUI), and other fertility treatments, is highly desirable
Demonstrated relationships and connections within the fertility industry, including partnerships with fertility clinics, reproductive specialists, and other key stakeholders, would be advantageous
Experience in consultative selling methodologies, particularly within the healthcare or medical device sector
Candidates with a background in nursing, embryology, reproductive endocrinology, or related clinical or scientific fields may possess deeper insights into fertility treatments and be better equipped to engage with healthcare professionals on technical aspects.
