- Respond to community questions related to crypto, blockchain, and platform updates
- Create engaging content, announcements, and educational posts
- Moderate discussions and maintain a professional, positive environment
- Organize AMAs, online events, and community engagement campaigns
- Monitor community feedback and provide insights to the internal team
- Stay updated with crypto trends, market news, and Web3 developments
- Help grow brand awareness and strengthen community loyalty
Requirements
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, Web3, NFTs, or DeFi
- Previous experience managing online communities or social media platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Discord, Telegram, X/Twitter, and Reddit
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Passion for digital communities and emerging technologies
