About this role
Role Overview
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for the LAP product line in the Gurgaon area
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales goals
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, property developers, and other potential referral sources
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
Prepare and present periodic sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share
Strong understanding of the LAP product and the real estate market in Gurgaon
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
