Oversee the design, construction, and warranty handover of projects to ensure projects are completed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule objectives
Provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions as required
Develop and maintain pre-construction schedules, baseline construction schedules, procurement schedules, commissioning and PDI schedules
Plan, coordinate and/or supervise activities of all company personnel on assigned project(s)
Ensure project safety standards, company, client policies and environmental programs are adhered to
Lead and develop area initiatives and best practices that align with the business goals
Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of supervisory or equivalent experience in ICI, defence sector, healthcare construction, and/or residential projects
Engineering or construction-related degree/diploma, or equivalent work experience
Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction, including technology, equipment, methods, company policies and procedures, union jurisdictions, and labour agreements/negotiations
Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory, and planning skills
Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams
Must have, or be eligible for, CSID (PWSGC) Secret Level Security Clearance
