Contribute to the development and execution of the product strategy for supply chain software products
Conduct market research and stay current with industry trends and competitor activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are delivered on time and meet customer needs
Participate in defining and prioritizing the product roadmap, gathering customer requirements, and making data-driven recommendations
Measure and analyze the success of product launches and make recommendations for future improvements
Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders, both internally and externally

5+ years of deep domain knowledge in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and/or Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
Experience as a practitioner (Planning Manager, S&OP Director) or leading S&OP/IBP transformations for large enterprises
Familiarity with planning concepts like demand planning, supply planning, financial reconciliation, and scenario-based decision-making
Prior experience in Product Management is a significant bonus but not strictly required
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
Ability to translate abstract business requirements into concrete software requirements
Passion for supporting early-stage customers in their digital transformation journeys
Thrives in a fast-paced environment where the product is rapidly evolving based on customer feedback
Knowledge of the supply chain software industry and the competitive landscape
