Maintain deep understanding of Enterprise Operations functional performance, interdependencies of key financial metrics and how operational performance is translated to financial results
Collaborate with Enterprise Operations Functional Finance and Global Manufacturing Finance to develop AOP targets, processes, analyses and presentation content that animate and influence our financial performance
Support evolving initiatives in alignment with Enterprise Operations priorities and to provide enhanced understanding of financial performance and build standardized processes
Own and lead preparation and presentation of Enterprise Operations analysis, KPIs, financial performance commentary, and forecasting to various levels of management
Proactive business partnering with Global Functions stakeholders in the analysis of trends and anomalies in results and budgeting decisions
Partner cross-functionally in preparation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and quarterly forecasts, to ensure cost down targets, strategic initiatives and financial metric interdependencies are clearly understood and consistently applied.
Lead and coach a global team of 4 finance professionals of varying levels and backgrounds focusing on high quality and impactful deliverables, while enhancing operational excellence; team is responsible for business partnering and FP&A activities, including cost center support, consolidations, management reporting and ad hoc analysis for the Global Functions as well as the Manufacturing Support cost pool across the Global Manufacturing Site Network
Set strategic direction to the team and allocate work across the team to capitalize on individual strengths, providing individuals with development opportunities while ensuring a balanced workload

Requirements
Requires a Baccalaureate degree and minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience.
10+ years relevant experience
Strong ability to partner with senior leadership and partner through others, facilitates decision-making activities, builds relationship networks at all levels, and leads change
Leadership and high ethical, performance standards
Understands and implements strategy, shift from tactical to strategic
Experience leading team and accomplishing work through others; recruits, retains and develops talent
Strong financial analysis and accounting skills
Working experience supporting Manufacturing and familiarity with cost accounting principles
Experience with business intelligence and reporting systems would be an advantage
Global experience, working in large, complex, matrix organizations.
Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence multiple diverse stakeholders
Strong quantitative and analytical skills for creating actionable insights and analysis
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
