Role Overview
Provide technical assistance and support to clients via phone, email, or in person
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
Research questions using available information resources
Advise user on appropriate action
Follow standard help desk procedures
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
Experience with remote desktop support (preferred)
Experience with Active Directory and Exchange (preferred)
Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Remedy (preferred)
Industry certifications such as A+, Network+, MCP or Security+ (preferred)
