Field Service Engineer

Role Overview

• Provide the highest quality repair and maintenance service to a select range of company and third-party products
• Continually meet or exceed given performance targets as directed by their Service Manager
• Repair and maintain existing equipment and systems
• Perform preventative maintenance checks and first line repairs
• Provide technical assistance and training to team members and customers
• Identify issues that affect customer satisfaction and participate in their resolution

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Field Engineer
• Electrical/Electronic qualification at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
• Full Category B UK driving license (for manual vehicles)
• Experience of testing Fire Systems
• Comfortable working at heights and/or in confined dusty spaces
• Experience of working with the elderly or vulnerable
