Junior Sales/Partner Manager

Role Overview

• Search for contact details and research potential clients
• Acquire potential new clients via phone, email or in person (you should be confident when making calls and speaking with new people)
• Conduct initial discovery calls/meetings to assess client needs via online call or in person
• Prepare presentations for prospective and existing clients
• Deliver presentations to clients and lead sales conversations
• Organize client events
• Build and maintain relationships with your client base
• Manage and maintain the CRM

Requirements

• Passionate about marketing and social media
• Enjoy making calls and able to handle rejection
• Enjoy meeting new people and helping others
• Work in an organized manner and maintain an overview of tasks
• Fluent in German, spoken and written (C2)
• Fast learner and proactively pursue independent professional development
• Work well on your own initiative and don’t require constant direction
• Self-reflective and thoughtful
• Excited to help us build the largest social media agency in Europe
• Willingness to travel (2–7+ days per month)
