About this role
Role Overview
Managing a dedicated team of four Technical Support Officers
Organising and balancing daily workloads, ensuring priorities are met
Developing and refining effective systems and processes to improve team performance
Providing support in the management of developer fees and contributions
Assisting budget holders to monitor and manage budgets using Oracle
Overseeing the ordering of works and administration of associated claims
Supervising the Development Management website
Managing the pre-application advice service in partnership with Local Planning Authorities
Requirements
to be a confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills
to be a good collaborator, working well with others and offering assistance and support to colleagues
to take ownership of work and follow tasks through to completion
to adapt well to change and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
to ideally have supervisory experience.
