You’ll act as the primary technical link between our development teams and over 100 integration partners.
Your work ensures that our connectivity ecosystem remains robust, scalable, and commercially viable, directly impacting how luxury hotels worldwide manage their distribution.
Technical scoping — lead requirements gathering with clients and partners to ensure the Connectivity Team has a solid roadmap.
Integration support — manage the successful go-live of new integrations and maintain high performance for existing ones.
Operational bridge — act as the principal contact for circa 100 Standard Integration accounts, resolving blockers during development and pilot phases.
Issue resolution — work directly with integration partners to address identified technical issues and implement functional enhancements.
Knowledge management — create and maintain integration manuals and onboarding best practices to streamline internal workflows.
Partner monitoring — track performance within the CPP framework and guide partners to achieve expected targets and thresholds.
Growth development — identify Standard partners with potential to upgrade and support their journey toward Preferred levels.
Commercial alignment — negotiate the addition of new integrations to client contracts, including minimum requirements and pilot commitments.
Financial oversight — establish and enforce an integrations rate card while maintaining a database of costs to prevent overspend.
License management — handle all membership and license-related matters connected with third-party integrations.
Requirements
Industry experience — proven track record in the hospitality sector, either directly within a hotel or in a SaaS company serving the industry.
SaaS connectivity — solid understanding of how integrations and connectivity function within a cloud software environment.
Project management — ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while effectively prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Analytical mindset — strong problem-solving skills with a natural ability to think outside the box to resolve complex technical hurdles.
Communication — excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into business value.
Fluent English — minimum C1 level, as you will be communicating with international partners and stakeholders daily.
Ownership — a self-starter who takes full responsibility for their tasks and enjoys working independently.
Flexibility — comfortable working 100% remotely but willing to travel occasionally for team meetings.
