Act to ensure the Scrum concept is understood, applied and disseminated across the organization.
Facilitate the mapping and proposal of improvements to the application of SCRUM processes in development teams.
Collaborate in analyzing and documenting the client's business needs, proposing business solutions that best meet them.
Assist the Product Owner in maintaining and prioritizing the Product Backlog.
Ensure the execution and achievement of Scrum event objectives.
Support the Scrum Team in removing impediments.
Assist in the team's self-organization by suggesting techniques and facilitating processes and people.
Analyze the company's business processes to determine the best way to implement/maintain SAP.
Configure the system according to established needs and requirements.
Provide support and train users in the correct use of the system.
Perform functional tests to ensure correct operation.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the system.
Gather business requirements through targeted interviews, analysis and observation.
Evaluate the existing IT infrastructure and recommend improvements.
Map and resolve issues that may affect software performance.
Work on the functional and business layers of Business Intelligence / Analytics solutions within the SAP ecosystem.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or completion of any higher education degree accompanied by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's or doctorate) in Information Technology of at least 360 hours.
Desired experience: 3 years working in systems development using ABAP and Webdynpro in SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments.
SAP Academy (or equivalent) course in the module relevant to the role.
Desired experience: 3 years with the main SAP products/modules implemented in People Management – PA, PY, LSO, PD, Time, eRecruiting, EH&S, eSocial, PCP and Business Warehouse (BW).
