Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound and partner-referred leads from strategic banking partners, ensuring timely and professional engagement.
Conduct discovery calls in both English and Spanish to assess merchant business goals, operational challenges, and payment requirements.
Lead tailored product demonstrations that clearly connect our solutions to merchant pain points and business outcomes.
Prepare and present accurate quotes, proactively follow up, and move opportunities efficiently through the sales funnel.
Partner closely with Channel Account Managers, Partner Managers, and internal teams to align on strategy and drive deal success.
Keep all customer interactions, opportunities, and activities accurately documented and up to date in CRM systems.
Balance multiple opportunities simultaneously while meeting aggressive response-time expectations and conversion goals.
Develop strong relationships with partners and merchants through product expertise, industry knowledge, and consultative selling.
Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
1+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
