Role Overview
Major role in success as first BDR dedicated to the German market
Fueling sales pipeline and revenue growth
Opening doors, creating conversations, and ensuring high-quality meetings for Account Executives
Building strong outbound rhythm with consistent activity
Booking qualified meetings for AEs
Becoming autonomous in prospecting, CRM hygiene, and handover
Requirements
Self-driven, proactive mindset
Outcome-focused approach
Iterative, curious, entrepreneurial mindset
Resilience in the face of rejection
Creative problem-solving ability
Strong verbal communication skills
Fluency in English and German
Nice-to-have SMB outbound sales experience
Knowledge of the benefits market
Exposure to tech, HR, finance, or benefits-related ICPs
Strong CRM usage habits, with HubSpot experience as a plus
Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese language skills
