Own and grow a designated Dallas-area territory of commercial accounts and Centers of Influence (COIs)
Build relationships with property managers, insurance agents, facility managers, and commercial businesses
Conduct daily business development activity including: In-person visits, Networking events, Scheduled meetings, Lunch-and-learns, Industry association involvement
Research prospects before outreach and lead conversations with value and insight
Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline management
Identify client pain points and position restoration solutions consultatively
Conduct follow-up and relationship management after loss events
Hit weekly activity, meeting, and pipeline goals
Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
Requirements

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2+ years of B2B sales, account management, staffing, recruiting, or business development experience
Existing network in the Dallas commercial market
Experience in restoration, construction, staffing, insurance, or property management industries
