Team Lead, Field Sales

Role Overview

• You will continue to grow and develop the team, ensuring everyone enjoys their work and exceeds their own expectations.
• You are responsible for expanding our product offering from strategy through to implementation.
• You rethink processes, contribute your own ideas, and continuously improve our field sales setup.
• You analyze KPIs, set ambitious targets, and support your team with a clear vision and motivation.
• You conduct development and feedback conversations, identify potential, and help your team to realize it.
• You work closely with the product team, Customer Success and Support.

Requirements

• Initial experience leading sales teams, ideally in field sales or a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills – you can inspire, challenge and develop others.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: KPIs are motivation for you, not pressure.
• A genuine hands-on mentality – you roll up your sleeves instead of just delegating.
• High willingness to travel within the DACH region to regularly support your team members on site.
• Fluent German and at least basic knowledge of English.
