Sales Executive

Role Overview

• Conduct initial conversations and sales calls with qualified e‑commerce companies
• Guide prospective partners through the entire sales process
• Analyze customers' needs and challenges and develop tailored solutions
• Prepare customized proposals and present our services to decision-makers
• Maintain and document the sales pipeline in the CRM
• Work closely with the founding team and contribute ideas for optimization
• Build long-term relationships with exciting brands

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or an account executive role
• Experience selling complex services or solutions in the B2B environment
• Confident presence and clear communication skills
• Structured, goal-oriented approach with a strong hands-on mentality
• Motivated to take responsibility and actively contribute to growth
• Good understanding of performance marketing and digital business models
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
