Requirements
5+ years of CPG experience
2+ years of broker sales or people management experience
Field/Customer or equivalent experience
Develop strategic plans and ensure execution to deliver quota
Broker management and influence
Customer and Category knowledge
Consultative/Solution selling
Customer Business Planning-
Drive process and use tools/data (i.e. Exceedra for volume forecasting and budget management, Power BI, IRI/Circana)
Navigate the Clorox structure (Who to go to for what? How to get things done?)
Cross-functional Knowledge and Influence
Candidate must have the ability to travel 15%-20% of the time
