Requirements
You bring 6+ years of recruiting experience, including meaningful agency experience and demonstrated success hiring senior-level talent.
You have led complex technical engineering searches and are comfortable influencing senior stakeholders.
Experience in-house at high-growth or startup environments is strongly preferred.
You are a proactive, consultative recruiter who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership of outcomes.
You are comfortable pushing back on hiring managers, shaping search strategy, and operating independently.
You are metrics-oriented and process-minded while maintaining strong relationship skills.
You know how to balance speed with quality and operate with a high bar for candidate experience.
