About this role
Role Overview
As a Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for delivering the best possible results for your clients — both independently and as part of a two-person project team.
You will manage a portfolio of existing e‑commerce clients (four
to six-figure monthly budgets) and support them operationally and strategically in their development.
You will set up, manage, measure and optimize Google Ads (and Microsoft Ads) campaigns and, ideally, also take care of web analytics activities, thereby contributing significantly to client success.
You will independently design and plan highly profitable performance marketing strategies, using your knowledge of Google Search / Shopping / PMAX / Demand Gen / YouTube / Display to efficiently increase your clients’ revenues.
You will run regular alignment meetings with clients either independently or, for major clients, together with Sergej (Managing Director) or Tolga (Unit Lead, SEA Team), and present new growth opportunities.
You will analyze and evaluate campaign performance and derive recommendations from the reports.
You monitor market developments and identify new opportunities to expand performance activities.
You analyze your clients’ company structures, understand the economically relevant KPIs and develop performance-oriented solutions based on that understanding.
