Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with assigned wholesale accounts, serving as the primary contact for all sales and service needs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align strategies, resolve issues, and support customer success.
Coordinate and conduct customer sales training and door shop training on Masonite and Endura brands.
Perform field service and repairs with a strong emphasis on training customer service and sales teams for future independence.
Continuously pursue self-development and lead coordinated group education on Owens Corning Door products and applications.
Train customers and dealers on new and existing products and systems to strengthen advisory relationships and support long-term growth.
Drive revenue performance and accountability within the assigned territory: Direct Revenue Responsibility: $33–43 million Indirect Impact/Influence: $5 million

Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience (industry experience preferred)
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of sales and industry experience
Proven ability to manage relationships, train customers, and drive revenue growth
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
