Leads and oversees business opportunities with sponsors and research partners to optimize the utilization of GRC services.
Provides leadership to senior consultants and specialized staff.
Serves as the primary engagement point of contact to anticipate and clarify customer needs, define project scope, and apply GRC services and relationships with health systems and colleges of medicine to achieve sponsor goals.
Develops new business partnerships while nurturing and strengthening existing organizational relationships.
Guides and manages processes to establish successful organization-wide relationship engagement.
Advises the GRC leadership team regarding development opportunities and the cultivation of partner relationships.
Leads the development and implementation of plans to ensure alignment with the GRC’s and partners’ strategic goals and cross-functional coordination.
Develops strong business rapport with partner liaisons to identify improvement opportunities and manage problem resolution.
Guides internal and external stakeholders to continually improve and strengthen business relationships to meet customers’ needs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent is required.
A minimum of seven years of relevant experience required.
Requires successful completion of a background check.
Selected candidate may be asked to complete a pre-employment physical including a drug screen.
Demonstrated ability to lead and guide experienced professionals.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to work with others to establish comprehensive strategies with appropriate objectives, metrics and execution schedules.
Strong interpersonal skills capable of effectively engaging individuals and groups.
Strong communication skills to drive successful interactions, presentations and written communications.
Demonstrated judgment and discretion to make effective decisions and problem solving.
Prior experience in healthcare policy and/or program design.
Master’s degree preferred.
Training and/or experience in program evaluation and/or research methodology is preferred.
