Provides architectural leadership for Active Directory, Entra ID, Configuration Manager, and Intune across a multi‑OS, multi‑domain environment.
Drives automation, documentation, and modernization efforts—especially hybrid Azure AD client adoption—while serving as a subject matter expert across departments.
Participates in projects and university security processes.
Involves escalation support and on‑call coverage.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience in Information Technology.
Minimum 6 years of experience designing and implementing Active Directory & Azure/Entra ID and advanced management of Microsoft Configuration Manager in a co-managed environment with Intune in an enterprise environment.
Access control and privilege account management fundamentals.
Familiarity with Windows (10+ and Server 2012R2+), Microsoft Office, Advanced PowerShell scripting, Domain Name System, Active Directory Federation Services, Certificate services.
Advanced problem solving and troubleshooting skills and experience.
Excellent customer service and customer-facing skills.
Solid communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work with a diverse group of people with varying backgrounds and levels of knowledge.
