Operations Case Manager, Annuity New Business

Role Overview

• Show genuine care for field partners and consumers through proactive interactions.
• Monitor, prioritize, and process work items related to annuity new business and post-issue functions.
• Build relationships within Operations & Services and cross-functional business partners.
• Collaborate on cross-functional tasks and projects, providing updates to management.
• Lead and triage escalations and complex requests to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

• 3 years of financial service or annuity operations experience is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• FINRA Securities licenses are preferred (Series 6 or 7).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
