About this role
Role Overview
Full responsibility for new customer acquisition: acquiring new customers via phone, email and LinkedIn through to contract signing.
Daily outbound activity: systematic prospecting, appointment setting, qualification and handover to the project team.
Pipeline management in the CRM: forecasting, deal tracking and clean handover to delivery.
Close collaboration with the SDR and marketing teams — leads are supplementary, not sufficient; your focus remains new business.
Continuous market and competitor monitoring and development of new acquisition strategies.
Requirements
Proven track record in new customer acquisition in B2B sales (ideal: IT/software/cloud).
Confidence and enjoyment in cold outreach: cold calling, outreach campaigns, social selling.
Results-oriented working style and high self-motivation.
Proficient use of CRM systems.
Business-fluent German (spoken and written); good English is an advantage.
