Serve as a post award grants manager in Engineering Post-Award Research Services
Responsible for the financial reporting of grant awards including oversight of award budgeting
Manage funds, reporting and expenditure rates, and meet individually with faculty to manage expenditure projections
Approve and oversee subcontracts expenditures and allocate payroll for PI and research group members
Advise PIs of allowability issues for planned expenditures
Oversee close-out processes and respond to audit questions involving research expenditures
Help develop and establish research services post award policies and expectations
Oversee and manage PIs’ unrestricted funds, including start-up funding and discretionary research funding

Bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years of post award grants management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
