Junior B2B Manager – More Nutrition

Role Overview

• You support the implementation of the B2B go-to-market strategy, from assortment planning to promotions
• You act as a point of contact for sales teams on strategic questions and further developments
• You create and maintain sales and presentation tools for Key Account Management and field sales
• You track KPIs and sales figures and derive initial recommendations for action
• You coordinate alignments with internal interfaces such as Sales, Brand and Operations
• You organize meetings and keep B2B brand updates current

Requirements

• You hold a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a comparable field
• You have initial professional experience in Sales or Marketing within the FMCG B2B environment
• You have a good numerical understanding and enjoy analyzing and preparing data
• You are confident using Excel and PowerPoint and work in a structured way
• You are strong in communication, contribute proactively and think in a solution-oriented manner
• You speak good German and English and enjoy working with various stakeholders
