Help with operational tasks related to the delivery of new hire and team training programs.
Assist the training team with LMS Administration, tracking assessments, and managing onboarding logistics.
Perform ongoing LMS maintenance including managing access and ensuring training records are up to date.
Attend bi-monthly calls with the vendor to learn about system updates and enhancements.
Requirements
2-3 years experience working in a training coordination or training project coordination role.
2+ years experience working with Learning Management Systems. Cornerstone OnDemand is preferred.
Strong experience working with Microsoft Office 365, specifically Outlook calendaring.
Self starter who can work independently with little supervision. Someone who knows when to escalate issues and batch communication to enable all to work efficiently.
