People Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the team, fostering a culture of collaboration, autonomy, and high performance.
Product Strategy: Support Product Owners (POs) in defining and prioritizing backlogs, ensuring alignment with business KPIs and the group vision.
Design Vision (UX/UI): Ensure designers’ solutions follow usability, accessibility, and visual consistency standards across the group’s brands.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the direct interface with the leadership of the group’s companies to understand pain points, negotiate priorities, and report results.
Process Improvement: Refine discovery and delivery processes, ensuring the team understands the "why" and the "how" behind each feature we build.
Data-Driven Culture: Promote the use of data and A/B testing to inform product and design decisions.
Requirements
Previous experience leading Product or Design teams (or both).
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Experience with E-commerce (knowledge of conversion, checkout, and payment methods is a plus).
Strategic mindset: ability to say “no” with clear justification to focus on value-generating work.
Ability to communicate effectively between technical and executive audiences.
Differentials: Experience in the travel or transportation sector. Familiarity with design tools (Figma) and management tools (Jira/Azure DevOps). Experience in shared services environments or internal consulting.
