Lead recruitment, onboarding, and technical development processes for Digital Marketing professionals.
Ensure quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
Lead internal initiatives that contribute to the evolution of the SEO function.
Participate in recruitment processes to hire new talent.
Establish contact with clients, anticipating risks or opportunities for improvement.

Experience in SEO and digital marketing strategies (paid media, UX, conversion).
Experience leading teams (development, recruitment, feedback, communication, and integration).
Experience servicing clients of different sizes and with high demands.
Strong analytical skills and a focus on defining and tracking targets.
Proactivity and a sense of urgency, mobilizing the team to achieve objectives.
Strategic business vision with a strong results orientation.
High level of organization for managing a large volume of projects.
