About this role
Role Overview
Plan, develop and monitor digital performance media strategies for products;
Work in partnership with the agency responsible for campaign execution;
Monitor active campaigns daily, ensuring they are running correctly and performing well;
Analyze campaign performance with a focus on KPIs and results;
Produce analytical reports with clarity, objectivity and a didactic approach;
Generate strategic insights from performance data;
Identify performance deviations and propose continuous optimizations;
Seek and identify opportunities to improve media and drive business;
Interface with internal teams to align strategies and results;
Ensure organized tracking of campaigns and deliverables;
Act proactively in the management and optimization of media activities;
Demonstrate an analytical, strategic and results-oriented profile;
Communicate information clearly and objectively to different stakeholders;
Requirements
Experience in BI within agencies or companies;
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing or related IT fields;
English and Spanish, written and spoken;
Practical knowledge of major media buying and management tools;
Understanding of digital media buying processes;
Familiarity with digital media planning;
Excel and PowerPoint;
Google Analytics (360);
Google Data Studio;
Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Twitter Ads;
Knowledge of programmatic media.
