Mid-level Personnel Budget Analyst

Role Overview

• Prepare, consolidate and control the financial budget for the personnel package, as well as HR CAPEX and OPEX, ensuring the accuracy of projections and supporting the company’s budget cycle.
• Develop and maintain management dashboards and strategic workforce indicators in Power BI and Excel, transforming HR data into easily readable information for leaders and managers.
• Identify opportunities and develop Python solutions to automate analytical routines, data consolidation and report generation, increasing efficiency and reducing rework in the area.
• Lead the monthly close of the personnel budget, analyzing variances between budgeted and actual figures, identifying root causes and reporting conclusions to HR and Finance leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience in Compensation, Personnel Budgeting or People Analytics with a focus on headcount or similar areas.
• Experience preparing and controlling the personnel package budget (salaries, payroll taxes, benefits, provisions, CAPEX and OPEX).
• Experience building management reports, dashboards and HR metrics.
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, Power Query).
• Power BI (dashboard creation).
• Python (process automation, report generation).
