Prepare, consolidate and control the financial budget for the personnel package, as well as HR CAPEX and OPEX, ensuring the accuracy of projections and supporting the company’s budget cycle.
Develop and maintain management dashboards and strategic workforce indicators in Power BI and Excel, transforming HR data into easily readable information for leaders and managers.
Identify opportunities and develop Python solutions to automate analytical routines, data consolidation and report generation, increasing efficiency and reducing rework in the area.
Lead the monthly close of the personnel budget, analyzing variances between budgeted and actual figures, identifying root causes and reporting conclusions to HR and Finance leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
Previous experience in Compensation, Personnel Budgeting or People Analytics with a focus on headcount or similar areas.
Experience preparing and controlling the personnel package budget (salaries, payroll taxes, benefits, provisions, CAPEX and OPEX).
Experience building management reports, dashboards and HR metrics.
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, Power Query).
Power BI (dashboard creation).
Python (process automation, report generation).
