Identify and manage preferred communications channels (newsletters, Slack, All-Hands) to effectively reach recruiters where they are.
Take complex brand strategies and distill them into talking points for external talent-facing teams.
Refine recruiter messaging for customized audiences, targeting different candidate profiles.
Keep our content library fresh while cycling in new materials and retiring old ones.
Explore how AI and digital mediums (audio, video, interactive guides, etc) can make information more digestible and engaging for our Talent Acquisition teams.
Develop high-impact, executive-ready materials to drive internal socialization and foster leadership alignment across broader enterprise goals.
Serve as a strategic advisor to recruiting leaders.
Collaborate with partners to uncover the best examples of our culture in action.
Measure & Optimize
conduct regular 'Empathy Interviews' to solicit recruiter feedback to continuously improve how we enhance materials, deliver resources and communicate updates.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or military experience
At least 4 years experience in content creation, copywriting, communications, journalism or mass communications
A bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or related field
At least 5 years experience in long-form and short-form copywriting
Strong problem solving and influencing skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Work experience achieving results with complex projects.
3+ years of experience in highly regulated industry. Example: (e.g., Financial Services, Energy, Healthcare, or Government)
2+ years of experience in talent brand, recruitment marketing, or talent acquisition.
