Role Overview
- Develop and advance our social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, YouTube)
- Create content strategies, storyboards, and recurring series formats
- Produce and manage content — photo, video, Reels, hooks, trend-led assets
- Community management and collaboration with creators and influencers
- Analysis and performance tracking — you know what works and why
- Build a creator network and manage influencer partnerships
- Plan and execute campaigns for new collections (e.g., Looks by Wolfgang Joop)
- Close collaboration with Design, Marketing, and E‑Commerce
Requirements
- Social media is second nature to you
- You spot trends before they go mainstream
- You think in terms of aesthetics, attention, and algorithms
- You can write copy — short, punchy, and emotive
- Video production is no mystery to you
- You prefer ownership over ticking off to‑do lists
- You’re eager to help build and scale brands
