Provide operational support for the implementation and administration of Bekaert’s global Ethics and Compliance program.
Maintain compliance documentation, records and program administration processes across multiple compliance domains.
Support the administration of compliance tools and systems used by the Ethics and Compliance function.
Support Compliance Managers and Compliance Experts by coordinating operational tasks, documentation and follow up actions related to compliance initiatives.
Manage the Whispli Speak Up case management system, including case intake, documentation and workflow administration.
Assist Compliance Managers with internal investigations and coordinate actions with relevant stakeholders.
Manage the operational administration of the Exiger third party screening system.
Maintain and upload documentation and records related to the Sales Agent approval process.
Provide operational support for the execution of the global privacy program.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a legal, compliance, audit or governance support role.
Experience supporting compliance programs or legal processes within a corporate environment.
Experience working with case management systems, screening tools or compliance related systems is an advantage.
Strong organizational and documentation management skills.
Ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong communication and coordination skills when working with internal stakeholders.
