About this role
Role Overview
Ensure customers attain their desired outcomes using our product or service
Act as an essential bridge between the company and its customers
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
Provide support on legal matters and contribute to overall service quality
Handle customer requests and ensure they are addressed quickly and correctly
Support customers in the tech setup process between their source code management platform
Work with leads to guide them about the service through email and website chat
Draft reports based on customer information and requirements
Requirements
Familiarity with LegalTech concepts
Prior experience in customer success or similar role is preferred
Proficiency in drafting legal documents
Exposure to working with diverse companies of varying sizes and industries
Analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude
Excellent written English communication skills
Proficiency in modern web tools like Google Docs and similar platforms
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
Comfortable adapting and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
